Recruitment Portal

Initially designed for a College, this Recruitment Portal can be implemented in any Corporation or Institution where the current recruitment software isn’t working, or is just too complicated. If your process looks similar to this, but involves lots of emailing PDFs back and forth, imagine a paperless system that uses secure links and roles based access for maximum security, coupled with easy to read dashboards for your HR Team to track progress.

Step 1 – Recruitment Request

the department manager identifies a need for recruitment and submits a request

Step 2 – Approval Request

this is sent to senior management/finance for approval

Step 3 – Approved/Declined

depending on decision from (2) amends can be re-submitted (eg salary banding)

Step 4 – Job Description

templates of job descriptions are used to form this, which is sent to the department manager for sign-off

Step 4 – Advert creation

draft advert can be optionally sent to other departments for approval (marcomms/compliance)

Step 5 – Advert posting

approved Advert is posted to Indeed/LinkedIn/JobsBoards

Step 6 – Candidate application

Candidiates apply and details are held until close date

Step 7 – Short-listing

after Advert is closed, department manager assesses candidates against suitability criteria

Step 8 – Invite to Interview (with optional second/third rounds)

successful applicants are invited to interview with instructions, who they are seeing, where and when

Step 9 – Interview Pack

interviewer/department manager can print off/access interview pack with questions/prompts during interview

Step 10 – Welcome to the Team

successful interviewee is offered a position subject to RTW checks

Step 11 – Referees contacted

applicant’s referees are contacted and responses filed

Step 12 – Offer Letter and Contract of Employment

formal offer and CoE sent out for signature

Step 13 – Right-to-Work

various statutory and regulatory checks are performed

Step 14 – DBS Checks

if required, Gov Update can be interrogated

Step 15 – Export

all relevant details can be sent to your HR system for onboarding to begin
